Environmental Policy
We all have a responsibility to our world and our environment.
Each of us have a part to play in ensuring we minimise the impact on our environment.
Cheap and disposable, plastic has been a symbol of our throwaway culture for many years. As a result, vast quantities pollute our world flowing into the oceans and destroying wildlife. A truckload of plastic enters the ocean every single minute and UK supermarkets produce 800,000 tonnes every year.
We do not use virgin, single use plastics or any other plastics in our packaging. Our pouches are recyclable and we encourage our customers to recycle where they can.
When we ship our goods we use recycled cardboard and biodegradable packaging.
We do not print paper shipping notes or invoices but prefer to email them instead.
We carefully select our suppliers, ensuring they have minimal impact on the environment.
We cannot ignore the impact we have, and we can all do our bit, no matter how big or how small to alleviate the damage to our environment.
